yep both have the lithium battery thats built in and charge up..I have all the accessories/ manauls and chargers etc.

Selling due to the fact that we ride as a family with 4 riders. Bought them with the idea of having a 4-way communication while we ride but unfortunately the F4 only allows for a 2-way at any given time per unit (can store upto 8 memory units though) so we decided that its too expensive to upgradeto a fancier system so getting rid of them...

They are BRAND NEW, SIMPLY UNPACKED FROM THE BOX, Connected up, tried pairing with 4 units..realized its not possible. Used the two rider communication on two rides...So definetly a bargain going here!
