about 5'9, 70-75kgs. On me, it's a little looser in the chest than the waist (probably due to my spare tyre ), and while the arm length is more than enough, possibly longer than needed, the elbow guards can ride up and sit a little higher than I'd like. Also, the straps to tighten the arms are a tight fit so if you're super beefy they may be a struggle to work with. I'm in kingsley, you can always come try it on if that suits.
