ok I need to get rid of all this gear ... $2500 for the lot ONO

What i have ...

Alpine CDA-9807 MP3 head deck
Sony XEC 500 active crossover
1.5 farad lightning cap
Alpine MRV-1000 amp (this was my sub amp)
Pioneer GM-X544 amp (4 channel amp for rest of speakers)
MB Quartz 6" which I used in the front doors along with MB Quartz tweeters.
Alpine 6" X 9" SPR-692B which I had in rear shelf
2 X Pioneer TS-W1201DVC box no 4 of 20 limited edition woofers.

The box which houses amps, crossovers etc has a lid with a Holden racing helmet emblazoned in it. Also has flouro's etc. Box was made to suit a VS holden commodore boot so would have to be modified to fit your car and if not a holden then just replace the lid. Fibreglass in the lid needs replacing anyway but its just a square sheet.

This system cranks and all up including the box wiring etc was valued at around $7500. I purchased everything brand new and as you can see all quality products. Can't show working as its all.

I started buying about 8 years ago ... First big purchase was the MRV-1000

RRP on that back then was around the $900 mark. Anyone will tell you these amps do put out some serious mumbo. Been a while so a stereo nerd can correct me but I think the subs are wired parrallel so when coupled to the amp they run 2ohm stable rather than bridging direct which would be 1ohm or less and not stable and go pear shaped on you very quickly.

I brought it all to look at competitions but in the ned said fuck it and just enjoyed it myself.

oh yeah this thing cranked ... the splits cost me $1K and that was my last purchase about 3 years ago and are crystal clear. MB quartz really do a nice speaker. This stuff has been lying around now for 2 years just collecting dust. Needs to go

Hey mate, I'm far from being a stereo nerd. But I struggled to get 30% of my outlay back on my gear I just sold. Quite sad to get what I did for it, but it was just sitting there collecting dust. I hope I haven't shattered ur dreams of fast cash coming ur way.

These subs are great, I have a pair and from what I remember they are 500w RMS each?? They crank hard and most amps run out of puff before the subs. Would be interested in the capacitor and amp for the subs if you would split it.

Great buy for a full system though.
