    Flat Black Acrylic paint.

    Howdy folks,
i'm producing a theatre show in march. and i need a bunch of black acrylic paint (not kiddie paint) was hoping maybe someone had half a tin lying around that they don't want any more. i'll throw you some tickets to the show (it's not going to be a crap show either) but i'm dirt poor at the moment so can't afford much for it. just hoping i might strike (black) gold in here.

    gimme a PM or a text on 0402744 571.

    Thanks

    Chris.

at this stage just wood. as march draws closer there'll be some scaff and odd bits and bobs. but i'm building flats for a press launch (depending on how cheap i am, ply or perhaps particleboard) there will be about 6 sheets of 1200 x 2400 and two boxes of about 400 x 400 x 500

if you would Potato, i'd throw you in the program too.

    edit: where is your workshop?

ply would be better, particle [mdf] board tends to suck in the paint and needs a primer.

there's a chippy next door and i can get his thoughts, scab primer if needed.

and i'd be using a 2 pac flat black, dont worry, its human safe !

im @ the rear of 6 cleveland street dianella

edit: just re-read your post, chippy next door might have your size off-cuts, 1200x2400?

    i'll scope his w/shop out

thanks so much potato! if he has big offcuts lying around and doesn't mind parting that would be awesome. basically we're building a tunnel around a doorway, two L shapes either side of it so you have to walk in a U shape to get into the next room, but past all our stuff. (not sure if this is making sense. but the wall of the two rooms is one side of the tunnel, and the flats will be the other.) i don't really care if the outside looks naff, but the inside needs to look good.
