Last ride of the year

will be going on a ride on the 31st of december heading out to old faithful
plan is to ge there relitvley early ride till after lunch then head of in time to make
it home in time for newyears festivitys
so whos up for a quick blat before you get wiped out and wont feel like riding again later ?

Still haven't had a chance to get out in Mackay to sample the single track that is supposedly on offer here. Hope to in the new year.

well it was a top day out even got a bit of rain just enough to keep the dust down
johno low sided at about 40 kmh on the crf 450 wasnt used to the power of the brakes / pea gravel
screwed helmet copious amounts of bark removed as well as his confidence levels brought back to reallity
we had a new guy on the ride Ash he is aspiring to be of smitos stature he was riding johnos yz 250
so i asked can he ride and was assured he could so we went to try the little technical track
couldnt manage the first hill
so after i started the bike for him again poor bugger couldnt put both feet on the ground at once
so kick starting was a bit diffiult for him took the other track back to camp site he made three corners before brushing a tree with his shoulder going wide on the corner panicked gave it full gas and looped it out (allways funny when its not your self )
so i managed to survive the day completly unscathed got to be a first time for every thing
