Depends what is on the property - you will probably need something bigger than a bobcat - as the ground on the hills can be pretty tough at times. To bring in enough dirt will probably cost alot - you will need more than 10 truckloads to get a small landing ramp alone - I had BMX dirt jumps that would have taken 3 truckloads to make when I was a kid. If the property has well shaped hills you may be able to shape them into jumps with minimal time and effort.

As for the ramps - do you think you can handle an Aussie comp ramp? they cost about $1000 from memory, and will always be consistant when you hit them, and dont need re-shaping every so often like dirt. But they are big...(although I saw a 6 yr old kid on the news last night jumping on one)

pfft to the above advice just dig,

if you are starting out I suggest you push up a large mound as the upramp and then a lightly sloping away longgggggg down ramp (almost like a table top but one you head off the lip there is no flat bit just a long down ramp) so it looks like a lopsided triangle.

This enables you to start off small and get bigger and bigger without worrying about landing on a flat section if you dont clear a table top or hitting the upside of a second double. Once you get the knack progress to doubles so someone can stand in the middle and take pics as you float over the top

You can use big concrete pipes to bulk up the take off, wanna make sure you got at least a foot of dirt covering it at the lowest point. You can also use pallets to help keep the lip. Make the down ramp twice as big as you think you need. How big are you making it? 70ft?
