Wanted BETA testers to help thrash a new bike bits for sale site

Doing some Cash Conversions. Not too sure if the database hasnt been updated but alot of the countries which i know arent 1:1 conversions are reading as 1:1. Specifically Swedish Kroner and South African Rand.

Firefox 2.0.0.15 / XP

I have a 22" widescreen and when in 'Selling' and selecting the category it says "click next". It took me a while to realise the page was wider than my screen and I had to scroll to the right to find the next button. Not sure if that's me causing it or not.

(Having posted an ad and gone back to do another.. when I select "Lubrication" as the category the 'next' button is on the same screen, I don't have to scroll this time)

I can't break it down into smaller categories? I click next step and I go to the bit where I can type the advert, same problem I think Jim had.

I tried a few different first categories to see if that made a difference. It did. When I tried "Motorbikes" as a first category it tried to show me more categories. When I changed that to "Engine" I went to the 'type an advert page' after clicking next. Is that because there are no 2nd/3rd tier categories yet?

It has logged me out while I am doing my advert. I have logged in again as prompted but it did not return me to the advert it has taken me to the start "Select a category". I am going to try go back. No, that didnt work and my lovely advert, formatted, pictures etc have all gone.

Can you set the timeout as a longer default? I think if a person is eager to sell something they might not bother fiddling/checking in user options (if there is such a setting in there) and may lose their ad like I did... and might give up and go elsewhere.

Gah, redone it, have had to go all the way to the end to see a preview - I notice i've managed to post the same image link twice this time instead of front/back shots, doh! I can't be fagged going back back back back :p

I haven't been asked to enter my bank details, I presume I will find that setting somewhere in my options?

I've worked out the additional categories thing, it's just not obvious as you're going along. Can you make the "Additional Category" tab change colour so that the poster realises the 'categories' screen may look the same as the previous one but you are now selecting your additional category. (hope that makes sense).

(Now, who's going to buy my special chain lube?)
