Using CandyBar and the theme from here.
You can use CandyBar to change all of your icons if you want to... Or just specific ones.
Icon sets are available from loads of places if you google a bit, and if you are into that sort of thing then go for it...
I personally prefer the look of the standard icons for now, but I did replace the icons for disk drives with something a little different because I prefer those ones
