Help me with bad memory woes

Hello!
I just managed to log in to my account after perhaps 50 shots. So first thing i do is go to change my PASSWORD and EMAIL (because i no longer can access the old email). Turns out i cant remember the password i JUST LOGGED IN WITH!

Maybe someone with the power can change my password, OR change my email address to ellis_125@bigpond.com

Actually it appears to be a technical issue, as i was able to log out and back in. I just cant change the password or email in USER CP
