From my memory most of the group 3 guys that road in trakdayz quite a while ago that ran road tyres were using about 30-32 cold. At the end of the day Pilot powers are track tyres so if you want more grip get a better suited tyre.

And there is no way I'd put 42psi in both tyres for the road. I used to run 33/34 front and 36 back.

I wasnt suggesting that I would run 42psi front/rear, that was what The Michelin website recomended ..
Thanks for all the info guys, will have a play around with tyre pressures next time Im up at the track..
Ridesafe, coz there is a lotta morons out there...
