So, I'm over here, what do I do with myself?

So far I've been at the house watching TV, or at the cricket club drinking, or the golf club drinking, or the rugby club, or the boat club etc etc. This isn't helping me physically, I put in lots of time and effort last year getting into better shape and losing weight, to go backwards from here would be a tragedy.
So goal #1 is to find a gym or join a sporting team.


I'm on a good wage, and should have close...

Heading out of town, things get more lush and spread out, but sadly there's plenty of nutjob christian religions over here.



Yet another afternoon storm rolls in as I drive over the river that seperates the town. It's a nice spot, I need to come back and get some more pics here.

Here are some shots from out and about. Pretty much all were taken by sticking the camera out the car window while I was driving around.

Apologies for the quality of some of them, I obviously can't line them up, so they are somewhat wonky. Plus the perpetual overcast and glary conditions play havok with them, lots of blown out skies and dark objects on the ground. A polarising filter is pretty high on my list of things to do.
