Took about 8 months of hell for all the crap, I fought them...you know thats never gonna be easy! My bike was written off, and I argued it. Never got enough back to repair it properly, I just live with it now. Paintwork is done, and it goes, so I'm not worried anymore. The injuries i received were not as superficial as previously thought though, have 2 slipped discs now. Suffered a nervous breakdown at the time, insurance Asses were just the topping on the crumbling cake.lol The only way i can get around now is on the duke...not complaining about that, Its gonna be funny putting an acrod sticker on my ducati, hahaha
It does take time, and even when its straight forward expect at least 3 months before they do the righty. I know we have had some awesome weather, but better winter than summer.
Glad you are recovering. what happened? A car?
