Well, the last couple of weeks i have been catching the bus from Rockingham to UWA for uni. Now this has been a real eye opener to how the people in this godforsaken city like to drive. I have long known that the driving in this city is beyond the level of shit you should expect from a crate full of pissed blind hippies being let loose in bumper cars, but the level of crapness seems to be going through the roof lately.

Well, the uni season has begun again, and the usual bullcrap that goes along with it is coming too. How is it that UWA still cannot seem to organise itself into an easy to use system, where there is one website that allows you to add or remove units, as well as overload units, as well as give you your timetable and the ability to choose your tutorial sessions and so on? Each of these functions needs to be done via different sites, and through different faculties, and by the time you have it all...

All right, the silly season is over, and work begins again in the lovely shithole called Hope Downs. I guess it really isn't too bad here all all fairness, it's just that the lifestyle doesn't work for me, and i like to be close to all my friends and family. there is nothing worse than having a couple of bikes waiting for you to come home after work and ride them till they cry, and realising that they are 1200 kays away each time your shift is over for the day.

Well, the FIFO work is over for two weeks for christmas time......... thank god, the plane leaves here in about four hours, and it is not soon enough!
