A couple of days ago, the company accountant and I were talking about wieghtloss. I was trying to explain how I have managed to part with a few excess kilograms over the past year. I told him to signup for www.calorieking.com.au and use the free food and exercise diary.
He had never heard of using a food diary. The best analogy I could come up with was "body accounting". Basically, you are given a kilojoule budget for the day and the idea is that as you spend your kilojoules...

I hate caterpillars. I really do. I pride myself in having a chemical free garden. Whenever I am overstocked (usually when it is zucchini season) Ill take some to work for everyone.
I send around an email saying: "Free organic parsley from my garden on top the water cooler in the kitchen. Help yourselves <eom>"
I end up with a reply saying "B4 the little green caterpillar eatz it all."

Water spikes (clicky clicky) are a cool little invention. For those like me, who don't know the first thing about laying reticulation/don't want to pay for someone else to do it, they are a perfect alternative to watering cans and buckets.
For around $32, you can purchase a 24L Aqua Spike system. When you have a 7m x 4m patch to water, this gets rather expensive. The water spikes themselves cost $5.50 for 4 spikes and each spike waters between 30cm and 50cm of soil.
I doubt...
