I've got a PSB e-mail taht says you have sent me something, think its gone to the wrong Dave Hall.

Hows things going anyway? Look on the bright side you could have my job. Been told I need to cut the hrs remaining on by job by 3/5ths . Yea no worries that will be easy, I will just get rid of most of the remaining staff & not do anything but pay bills. What you want me to do something else, fuck off I've got no budget see some one else who gives a shit.

So let me get this right. You are there to install a mill, and someone has forgoten to order the girth gear!!! Fuck me. how do you miss that!!
The job I'm working on has similar problems, mill components 5 months late, stuff forgotten (sole plates, seals, tooling). Its not as bad as your situation, but there is serious room for improvement. At least Outertec are doing things to fix it.
Metso seriously needs to get its shit together if it wants to keep their customers. This sort of thing burns big bridges. They need to pay people what they are worth and train people properly to avoid this kind of mess.
There is nothing worse than recieving a constant & deserved bollicking because twats in the company don't know what they are doing, and none of it is your fault.

Good luck you are going to need it.

Mine is still nuts, every where I look I'm finding gaps. Todays one, we have ordered a shit load of vivtaulic piping, ut not groove cutting machine. Piping is due to be finished in 3.5 months, it will take 10 weeks to get the machines to site.

    Ohh joy
