The thing with these is fitment is very rarely 100%, 80-90% is the norm - its a fact

But again when you are talking $500 $600 $800 vs $2500+ oem do you expect it to be?

EXAMPLE: Hotbodies have a very established name for parts and yet things like THIS and THIS still happen, Atlas ordered to fit an 01 R1 and it still needed some work after they told him it was a direct fitment.

I am saying Hewie and I wanted to offer, you dont have to take us up, fairings for a variety of bikes for AUD $599-AUD$789 shipped TYD.

Thats what we have looked at currently, 75% of the stock we plan on having available will be AUD$599-AUD$659 TYD.

Its not a bad price to have a spare set of painted fairings.

btw - want it for road use - not as race fairings - so must have pretty good fit and finish.

Last Trakdayz I put it down in the left hander and destroyed my first set of LCR Honda replica bodywork.

I ordered a complete new set but this time chose the Repsol scheme. It arrived last Thursday and I spent Saturday morning fitting it.



This set fitted much better than the first. The lowers have good quality heat shielding as well. The set also comes with a tinted Motogp style screen.

You have to file some of the holes and I had to drill holes in adjacent panels in some spots and install a cable tie to pull them together. After installation if you start the bike and let it run for a while to heat the bodywork. That seems to destress it all.







I'm really pleased with the product. It cost about $925 all up delivered to my door and takes about 4 weeks from order to delivery. The seller is mung888 on eBay but calls the store Moto-777. eBay Store - Mung88: Kawasaki Windscreen, Honda Windscreen, Suzuki Windscreen

I see this as really good insurance. My OEM bodywork is packed away in storage.

Looks good, my kit had a few fitting issues that were finally sorted out.

However I relied a bit too much on the heat shielding that came with it and as a result she's kinda half melted a spot or two on the lower fairing.

There was also a couple of moulding points that had clearly been cut free of the mould after being painted.

But for all that she still looks good, especially from a bit of a distance and Im more than happy with it for now. Although in the near future may be doing something about the melted panels
