McCoy to SBK

Garry McCoy will ride a Ducati in the 2004 Superbike World Championship, after failing to broker a deal to continue his Moto GP career

The 31 year old, from Camden in NSW will fill the seat at NCR Ducati vacated by Frenchman Regis Laconi, in what will be his first foray into the production based four stroke class.

McCoy will join Troy Corcer (Foggy Petronas), Steve Martin (DFX Ducati), Warwick Nowland (Ex Endurance Champion), Chris Vermeulen (Current Supersport Champion). for the 2004 Superbike Championship.

It's pretty hard for a rider like Gazza to shine, when he's on as big a piece of shit as that Kawasaki is/was...

Honda will take names & kick ass in 2004, Gibernau & Edwards up front will be a pretty fearful combo.

Our Troy will blitz em.. now that he has some experience .. shit he did awesome for a first season. And with Ducati doing that much more work on their machines... looks like it will be one of the best seasons yet....

Wonder how well Edwards will go. Lol I can see the Red in Bayliss' eyes!

Next year will be good, Moto GP - Rossi on a Yamaha. SBK - All the new bikes, a shame about no factory teams out side Ducati
