LOL
is that before or after we do your oil and filter ?
I guess, that being said.. I'm looking at more of a workshop.. with a rollerdoor.. than a 'shed' per se..

We also are considering a Shed upgrade, from 3 x 4m to 6x4m (2 rollers?) so please keep us all informed with what you find out

make sure you get all the relevant permission from TOK, cause they are targetting and tearing down sheds/workshops that don't comply atm....

what i want to do, will involve cracking the pad i had laid from a grano a couple years ago, getting the sparkie out to disconnect the power and rcd's.. and possibly even having it bricked up.. almost like a granny flat..
aparently there isnt sufficient footing on the existing pad for brick, so steel being lighter is my best option.. if i want to keep with what i already have..
the other option, is to start again from scratch.. move the existing workshop.. and crack the pad.. remove it... then dig out the retaining wall and vegetable garden behind it.. re-lay to retaining wall.. and do one massive pad..
if i take the second option, it'll be almost like a small house.. which, once i explained my plans to the wifey.. said " well, you could put all your crap in there then ".. and I'm guessing i'd be sleeping out there too for a while when she finds out what it's probably going to cost, too..

if i have it at your place, going to "one of the bike guys place" doesn't interest her, she is good friends with the other guy, so going around there means she may want to come too. hurry up with your shed!
