    they oftern sit there hwy patrol cars in there and use the hand helds on people then chase them down.

    Do they sit in those gravel spot thingo's for emergency vehicles to do U-turns? or just behind random bushes?

    This one was behind a random bush. No warning at all, just lucky I even noticed it in the rear view mirror.
