help needed.. expression of interest letter.

hi.... Im in need of some help and advise on writing a expression of interest letter for a new position thats just come up at my work..

Im at a total loss at what would be the right thing to include in this letter. I dont want it to be a one line job. And I dont want it to be too over the top either..

If all else fails Trace, hop onto one of those sites like seek, and use one of their templates etc - just what I'd do anyway - Good luck!!!

    DM,

I had to write one for a contract I am still waiting for.

Did they supply any information about the position or any supporting documents?
If so, address any comments about the position they make.

Talk to someone at the other end of the process and ask they can give you any advice for writing your EOI - I did this and it really helped.

Talk about your achievements and your experience - link it to the position/supporting material.

    All the best.

PM me if you still would like some help, my dad does this stuff for job seekers and has taught me a lot... should be able to give you a good template of some sort.
    Nothing from something.
