my first road bike. 1974 Suzuki GT380L, it had a warning on the fork leg that initial wet braking with the disc would change?? ummm early jap discs were useless.

My gt500 still has that exact sticker on it still, good thing to i often forget to brake early while riding in the wet. Have considered getting my disk drilled many times but it detracts from the old style look.

Here is some old footage, a little movie my dad and his mates made. He is on the t500 and his mate murray it on the waterbottle. See if you can spot me I am one of the kids playing with the toy trucks.

I suppose it is early memories such as these that have got me hooked on the old two strokers, my you tube site is full of comments about how we remember the sound, smell and vibrations of the strokers.

Ohh dear Lord , looking at that, I must be OLD, as my first road bike was a Waterbottle! 1973 if I remember correctly.
