A work friend brings me them from Ashford (Kent) all the time.

No idea where in London you can get them, but I think my local one does (Clapham). Probably in the larger stores.

You can get them online - Sainsbury's online groceries (food cupboard -> biscuits -> sweet biscuits -> all sweet biscuits)
