So me and [L] are on the couch last night and we get a call from Mama Dubs sayin she has cut her finger at work and needs to go to Royal Perth and also needs her car to get there or home.

So we drives out at 2030 to the airport area and sees her - in all that weather.

She gets in the car with [L] and i drive her falcoon wagon.

We sit at the lights at Orrong rd waiting to go under the bridge toward the city.

Lights turn green and the all start to take off and a car rams me in the back end.

Dubs is stunned.

I see [L] and Mama Dubs driving off in the distance so ia call [L] and tell her not to tell Mama Dubs what happened and i'll be home asap.

SO i sort everything out - a van ran up a car and bumped him into me.

The car that hit me got some nice tow ball to radiator action - but they jarred my back.

we get Mama Dubs to the hospital leave her there after checking in and drop her car home in Morley.

Come uppance...

Mama Dubs = 4 stitches, broken tail light and small dent in tailgate (of car not her) home at 0030

Dubs = aching lumbar, return of flu (from standing out and getting car details), work angry at me for calling in sick.

[L] = good nights sleep and didnt have to do the dishes last night due to lateness of gettin home (2300)

I'm sure whether they cooperated or not, you would have had it sorted.

I hope you and Mama Dubs get well soon :)
