As above someone tried to my bike.

Security managed to get the guy off it but the bike toppled over and is on it's side..

Currently waiting for the cops as they want to print it.

Ignition is gone so unsure how to start her may need a tow.

If someone could recommend someone / help I'd greatly appreciate it.

Let insurance deal with it. Missing the ignition on most newer bikes means loads of $$$.
Glad to hear RAC is onto it.

In this day and age I can't believe Triumph still think immobilisers are 'optional' (have to option the factory alarm kit).

In saying that, in this day and age, must be pretty dumb thief to think they can just pop the ignition on an R1 and start her up.

Isn't it illegal to sell a vehicle in WA without an immobiliser?

Most triumphs come with an immobilizer since the 2013 model year. The alarm is a separate option.
