Thread title says it all.

My fave: probably Kingston, although today the Missus has packed me a few of these neat little digestives with oats in them. Very :awesome: in coffee.

Grease patty cake pan. lay a gingernut over each hole. place in warm oven until biscuits soften, then gently press down into pan. When cool, Fill with Brandy Cream & strawberries. Is joyfully yummy.

Holy thread revival Batman!

Mekon, I've had a Penguin and they are garbage. 99% of chocolate based products from the UK are superior to their Australian equivalent (read: Galaxy chocolate) but all aspects of the penguin fail hard in comparison to Tim Tams (not including crappy white choc ones). The biscuit, the centre filling and the chocolate itself are all second rate.

Sorry.

Triple Ripple Biscuits are boss! (they are a chocolate biscuit- I can eat three or four- then regret) They are also amazing in cold milk!
Penguins are good- but Tim Tams are better. (I'm with you on this one Orson)
Chocolate coated Digestives are also good!
I wish I could still drink coffee :( I miss it. Black Tea isn't the same... ooh. Black tea- I could go for one of those now!

Orson

I'm a lover of a beautiful smooth yet robust fresh coffee....but I prefer instant for dunking. I just really don't dig dunking biscuits into "real coffee"

Am I alone on this one?

Note: The cup of instant coffee in question will usually get turfed once dunking festivities have concluded. I don't like to drink it

I'm off to find an inferior biscuit now....

Agreed, I don't have instant coffee in the house but Ginger Nuts with a flat white is delicious. A long black with a cup of cold milk on the side works well too. Long black is for drinking, cold milk is for dunking.

nom nom nom digestives but dunker can often be left clutching small part of it as the majority splashes down and sinks causing much spillage and eventually messy sucking and licking of bottom of said mug nom nom nom

Mud fingers are half the fun, especially if you bite off opposite corners and use it as a straw.
