My grateful thks to Aphex for coming to my rescue.
My connecting fence came down & I am still waiting ,after 7 weeks, for it to be fixed. My house alarm gave up & I was feeling a bit nervous, to say the least. Aphex came & fixed it for me.

My Thanks also to Sentry & Ryan for their offers of assistance.

I believe that there are no strangers on PSB, only friends that I have yet to meet., Today I met another one. Thankyou once again.

Sh1N3y, thks so much for offer. Kiwi fencing have the insurance job, & I am told that the fence is going up on Monday AM. Can you tell me why it is that I at 75 years of age, are expected to remove all trees & shrubs near fence line when it is an insurance claim.
However I appreciate & thank you for your kind offer.

Based on insurance quotes (and depending on who does it) it is usually writtin in the Terms and Conditions that the fence line (your boundary) is to be clear of any debris and general objects in the way. Otherwise they _should_ quote for removing those objects as well and put it on the end of your insurance claim.

If they make you do it and refuse to put in the fence untill its done i would get a hold of your insurance company and see if they will cover it (They are _sometimes_ linient with this if it is storm damage like a tree falling on the fence etc).

Best of luck Lil!
