Anyone know what it costs to transfer private plates ?

Bugger all, if you can get the previous owner to fill out the form as them being worth bugger all.

Cost me about $3 to transfer one set that came with my old ute, which was basically pricing the plates as being worth $1 and I think $2.50 stamp duty.

If you tell them that you have just paid $1000 for custom plates then its going to hurt I think.

Just come back from DPI. new cost is $69.60. Bloody rip off !!!!!

My purchase price was 0.00 too !!!!
