Is there actually a point to perpetuating these images?

Well, if you're going to do 280km/h you take your life into your own hands, and your skills/road knowledge better be up to it.

Its a risk, he lucked out.

edit:
good to see he was wearing his gear.

edit2:

yamaha leathers on a gixxer?

Seen it before but its still as gross. Dude would have been having the time of his life, no painful rehab for this one.

occured on the old Pacific Hwy in NSW... except the "left curve ahead" sign is placed on the right-hand side of the road for a driver proceeding on that side, and the information sign is set up for drivers coming in the opposite direction, also driving on the right-hand side of the road.

Hmmmm ...

If it was real then he would have been wearing sneakers and boots

Nah, in the US somewhere. I'm sure there's more photos in the series than that.

It's pretty obvious this isn't in Australia. The signage is clearly for left hand drive.

His rear tyre exploded at 300km/h (http://s85.photobucket.com/albums/k61/tdmoretto/?action=view&current=Bike-Crash-NakanoCrashesSkidsAt2-1.flv). He was ok and competed in the race a week later. You can also die crashing at 50km/h if you are unlucky.

i think it is America, because both signs are set for people travelling in the right lane.

this is old as.

Snapped the chin bar off his Arai. Must have been a relatively huge impact regardless. The boot/shoe thing is definitely confusing but the body parts collected suggest only one rider.

His brain is probably still stuck inside his arai.

NSW has double yellow lines on some roads

The Saint

That's as may be, but double yellows + road signs set up for vehicles travelling on RHS of the road = States
