    Hi Rex
cheers for that, good to see the bike getting some exposure online. Noticed a couple of posters had reblogged it too. It's still off the road while I'm trying to sort out the battery box and wiring issues. Was in Sydney a cple of weeks ago and dropped by Deus for some inspiration and a few ideas so hopefully I'll riding the bike again soon.
    How's all your bikes going?

    part three
As for the thruxton it will be a long time project as I haven’t even got the bike yet. Being the special edition they haven’t even started making them and even though I have paid a deposit they don’t know when it will be coming. So it will be a job for late in the year. Do you know where I could even get a fairing in aust? I’ve only found things forum other countries but I would like something local, what do the vintage racing guys use if they have to replace? Anyway, will work all that out when the bike gets here. So far the only mods I am getting are the arrow 2 into 2 and a gel seat, but the first project will be the fender elimination!
Well, I really hope I get a chance to see your bike or pics of it soon!

    part two
I had never been to Sydney before and apart from the harb/op house there was only one place I wanted to go! so I took my girl down to their cafe for breakfast (she is really not into bikes!) and she was very surprised by how good the food and cafe was(she was expecting a dirty greasy bacon and egg English caravan on the side of the road type thing). The shop was a blur but I spotted a thruxton out the front and it looked like one of theirs so I made a bee line for the rider and said g’day. Didn’t know it at the time but it was Dare and in conversation he continued the laid back great vibe that I felt went with the place. In the end I got a few pic’s and a tee shirt and we were off to Hobart...

haa yeah, love it! rant away! I missed the photo the first time I was rushing thru to find the pics, you have had the bike for a "few years now" and thatís all the pics for me to drool over? I will have a look for oilsix comments but it was more comments popping up on other websites from me just googling dues, but yeah most of them started with "I knew a guy that took their bike in for a service and they fucked it up" I guess everyone can say what they like on the net, true or not. I am not too sure where I first seen deus, but one of the best and first has to be the film on lake gairdner played to kings of leon for the speed trials. I put that film on my ipod and never get tired of watching it. When I went to Hobart we got delay in Sydney for 24hrs from that dust storm.

thanks for the pic's on the cafe racer thread, my dad says no but im thinking yes for a full fairing project once i get the bike in may. did a little search but being new did not find any pics on the dues you have. i like the look of their set up, whats your feed back on them and their bikes (i have heard mixed reviews floating around the net). did not know there were any dues bikes floating around perth so i will be keeping my eye out for it!
