just make sure you drink it cold and throw out what you dont drink at the end of the day as it can grow bacteria, only in mixed form as powdered form will keep opened for week or so.

Hi ReCon I fully supported your thread about "Please Don't Ever be a Rider Down..". This is something that is very close to me at the moment especially with losing one of my mates in a bike accident in Waroona last week. Keep up pushing the message mate.
