I see you are a pole dancer, I was wondering if you teach? And I see you don't have your age on here- a sensitive topic huh? :-P

just make sure you drink it cold and throw out what you dont drink at the end of the day as it can grow bacteria, only in mixed form as powdered form will keep opened for week or so.

All's good, sent it back to where I bought it, they said they would look after it for me. Cheers though.

I fully supported your thread about "Please Don't Ever be a Rider Down..". This is something that is very close to me at the moment especially with losing one of my mates in a bike accident in Waroona last week.
