The diaphragms you can try and warm the damaged areas with a small hot air blower ( my soldering iron has an attachment that does the job) and carefully put back/squeeze lid down and leave for a while...... Stay away from gasket goo if you can. Hot water may also do the same job, if you perservere you will get it either way. Leave the jetting as standard for the time being, pods/pipes/ignition etc will all affect it so run it and see otherwise it's a pure stab in the dark. The GSXR front end will need a new stem made..... the length of it and offset of the clamps will all make it feel a whole lot different. Big wheels and brakes can "over-power" spindly tubular steel chassis' if you pedal them hard, ok if you plod around. The rear wheel is a 4" from memory so it would wear a 150mm tyre far better than a 160. Make sure you have chain clearance on the frame or that you can get it by some other adjustment. Can you find bearings to bring the GSXR axle down to the Z size etc.
