Good thinking, but the girder links need to be the same length and parallel to each other, otherwise the front end can "bind" during operation. ...

The definitive answer is no. You may need to look closer at the laws regarding the labelling on the speedo too, as I was under the impression that...

That's what I'm not sure of, and the process we're going to test. I'm going to be retaining "most" of the front frame loop including the all...

This that will become Plan B, if I can't get the frame chop/stretch approved by an Engineer and the Transport Department. Good thinking ;-)

  3. Well not a whole wheel but spoolie hubs are easy enough to find, then you can just get it spoked up to what ever diameter suits you.

    Hey Sheridan,

Was gonna ask you at the show today but couldn't find you before I headed off; do you know of anyone or any places that do girder fork conversions? Would love to do one for a planned build of mine in a year or so.

    Cheers,

    Joakim
  9. Hi Damian

Rockers Rumble is the one you're thinking of and it's put on by Rockers & Choppers (Rockers Choppers & Hotrods - Perth, Western Australia -> Home).

They usually host the show in early December, but it's been postponed until Feb or March of next year, but they definitely will be having it.

Once I know the date I'll post it up advertising it.

I'll see you at Kingsway on Sunday morning, just look for the guy in the Triumph shirt on crutches. If its not going to rain that day my bike will still be going on the run though.

Hi Sheridan, Is that bike show at Myaree on this year or has it already been?

I've searched everywhere and can't find any info.

    Cheers
