on certain rides that happen on a Friday evening there was a drz that was quicker than some of the 1000cc bikes on the technical routes. Unless travelling around main roads, you can't even get a thou into its power range until 70-80km/hr.

Is that the bike or the rider ? As I recall there's a red and black lounge chair that does a similar sort of thing

To be fair, even on the main roads they won't come on to power until around 70-80km/h either....

Absolutely marvelous morning for a ride in to work!
Then renewing your license and realising you've had you R-E almost 4 years and can shadow people at the end of the month

So my workplace is the cuntiest place that ever did cunt, and it's getting cuntier. Anyway, we've had 4 long-term staff members (in a company 30 regular staff members) resign in as many months - that's about 13% of the workforce gone, and collectively about 35 years of experience at that workplace. When the 4th person announced their resignation today, it really was a turning point for both staff and management. Staff just lolled because it really does paint a picture of discontent (everyone has an eye on the door), and the GM said to the person handing in their resignation that she really needs to be candid in her exit interview because clearly there's an issue with the workplace culture... I think they're only seeing that now - there's been an issue since 2011 when the CEO took over, and has gradually tightened the reigns and morale has declined. The solution is simple - get rid of the 2 sociopaths in the organisation - the CEO and one of the Principals who makes everyone's life a misery... well that's not going to happen, so work place attrition, carry on. Posting in GTIL because I'm still lolling, as are many others.

    GTIL

Ride to the Kalamunda Pub through the hills.

Having lunch and mentioning to the chef my last visit.

Him coming up to me later to ask if the fish was as good as last time and making sure I was happy.

That's great customer service and I will be returning again and again.

Is worth the 120klms there and back.

And spotted a Red Ducati riding past twice. the clutch sound
