Ban nursing homes, people are dropping like flies in those places. Wont someone think of the geriatrics?

I know I'm being a stubborn cunt about this, but out of the blue a fucker who sits in the same office as me sent me a random outlook calendar invite without any explanation. I declined it and replied asking wtf it was and they sent a 1 sentence bitchy statement akin to an auto-reply you'd expect from an insurance company call center. I'm fucking busy so I say "ok this doesn't apply to what I'm currently doing and I'm really busy so it'll need to get pushed back to either later this month or dec/jan"

    No reply

Then 30 minutes later my manager emails me telling me to accept the calendar invite so I reply with a "wtf" and "why are you asking me to accept the invite? It's none of your business".

5 minutes later a reply - "accept the invite"

I don't know what pisses me off more. Socially retarded fucks who can't even walk across a room to suggest a meeting in person, the same socially retarded fuck who, upon being denied, cries to my manager, or my manager for fucking insisting I accept the invite.

WHY DOES THIS PISS ME OFF SO MUCH??????

Send back as many invites as you can make up. Bombard the hell out of him. Make it your new favourite mission.

    Invite for morning tea.

    Invite for lunch.

Invite for catching the same bus home.

    Etc, etc.
One owner. Only driven gently on Sundays. Sold to best offer. First to see will buy. Reward offered for safe return. Coming soon to a cinema near you. Available for a limited time only.

My waterbed broke this morning. Oh, I don't have a waterbed. Bugger.

I decline a lot of meetings for no reason other than the seem like they might be a waste of time. I have my default response to read receipts set to no. An external developer complained that his remote access had expired and that I hadn't renewed it despite his many requests. I just told him I might get onto it tomorrow, if I'm not too busy. I reckon I'll be too busy.

I know for a fact that the meeting is going to be a waste of my time. I'm going to be so god damn passive aggressive, consequences will never be the same.

This is my brother. Only now he's on about $150k after a series of very fortunate job developments. He lives in a suburb well below his means, wears clothes from Kmart not that I have issues with that, house is furnished via gumtree, yet he's always borrowing money from my dad. He's always bragging about his salary, I just think... If he put me in charge of his money, his quality of life would skyrocket.

Nah completely different he will never get a high paying job, I paid for his forklift ticket.
His local town is very very very small a full time/more money forklift job came up for a place selling farming stock and he didn't want to apply.

If console games, books and alcohol was free my brother wouldnít work.
Couldnít get $5 out of the old man, same as his old man 'old enough see you later make it on your own'.

Iím the only one doing ok out of us siblings.

Another note these billion and multi million dollar companies are getting stingier by the minute..

Standing out in the sun all day won't provide a sun cover for my hard hat, also if we leave 2mins before knock off time you get docked 15mins + lose your paid lunch break because you didn't work 12hours. Nobody is allowed phones onsite or in the crib rooms, no clock at the gate either.

Last place had to supply everything including drill bits (no tool allowance or PIP)

I worked for a company like that many years ago, if you were 2 mins late they'd dock you 15 mins, eventually people started sitting in their cars for the extra time if they were a couple of minutes late
Then they started threatening to compound it ie 4 mins late = 30 mins off so if someone knew they were going to be late they'd just call in sick, affected their productivity massively
