Fresh batch of 300V and a new filter.
    Air filter cleaned and oiled.
Brake lines rerouted to get more space for the headlift stand and make wheel changes easier.
RBF660 brake fluid flushed and bled.
Brakes calipers and forks cleaned and discs hit with a light sanding.
Chain and sprockets cleaned and lubed.
New lithium battery installed and a few changes to the surrounding wiring harness.

Just generally going over the little things that matter when you shoot yourself down Gardner straight at 300Km/h.

Only a few days to go now.

Been adjusting the clutch cable and idle, trying to make everything feel a little smoother
Really not happy with the clutch though, might be time for a new cable

Out of interest where did you get them from? I've been researching getting some new levers for myself and there are literally hundreds of options out there. Everything from top of the line $200 per lever all the way to el cheapo ebay knock offs. Can't justify spending $400 on a pair but don't trust the ones off ebay.

FYI the ones on mine were eBay ones and they've been great apart from the gold colour fading I did look around a bit on a few forums to get a heads up on preferred vendors but that was probably 6 years ago now and I reckon most have gotten better now

these are just the NBB ones off ebay, saw i few decent reviews around the net so decided to give them ago..

the holes in the lever feels a bit strange on the fingers but seem to give great grip

Anyone have experience with license-plate LED's flickering? I've got some on-order from Asia, but who knows when they'll arrive. Any temporary fixes appreciated.

Led usually flicker from not drawing constant voltage or constant current....check your voltage reg on your bike also isnt putting out fluctuatung voltage or AC ripple....but usually its just cheap LED quality thats an issue...unless you have an led driver inside the light fitting..not likely on cheap chinese stuff.
