If they are cold they slide really well until they get over to the 3rd compound on the outer edge and they grip! They grip!

Won't fit your bike Ryan, but why do you want them? ya mate doesn't get that many kms out of a set and they are only S20's, still good tyres though. Good to have on the rack in case someone is short of a few bob for a couple of weeks

I'd say it was 100% your fault, hooking around a roundabout with tyres that aren't even the correct pressure, sounds like you need to do some motorcycle maintenance!!

    HI mate

does the Daytona run a 6" rim (thought they run a 5.5")? - could be a little to do with it - I know the speedy does and some fellas have dropped back to a 180 for better handling - depending on if you are running a matching front could be a slightly different profile - I'm not a tyre expert by any means just throwing it out there

+1 A few guys have tried 190's on the Bird with a 5.5" rim and it slows the tip in and change of direction even more than normal

why would you put a wider tyre than factory spec on a sportsbike? makes no sense

    changes profile.
I think mine stock is 190/50.. i can also use 200/50's, but works best with 190/55

Unfortunately some people just think "bigger is better" and they should get more grip from a wider tyre when in reality it usually reduces the contact patch and flattens the profile making changes of direction harder

Yeh,was my mistake, didnít specify to the tyreshop what size, so they just put a 190 on because it had a 190 already on it previously changed at the track and that was the only size then.
look where you want to go~

And for advise reasons; what correct pressure would be recommended by you guys and girls ? (Running a 2016 Ninja 1k. Often run with pillion and panniers and stock size tyres - Michelin Pilot power 3 s now). Road only. Usually well behaved and mild mannered. I've been told 42 front and rear from manufacturer. 38 rear and 36 front by a mate. Ideas ? Thanks.
