Cant really blame him. How many years has he ridden for Honda now? Whether or not he makes the jump when contracts are up though...

And then who would take his seat? I've seen people say they wouldn't mind seeing Zarco take it, and its certainly not the worst idea.

Why not stay at Honda till he winds it up?, then there is a long and reasonably lucrative "ambassador" career to follow....

Marquez is looking like he will be hard to beat. If it's full wet he may have some comp but I think he will have Dovi and Vinales covered, if it's mixed conditition expect him to do what he does every other time there's a flag to flag race. He would've learnt today just how dry the track needs to be for it to be worth swapping bikes.

The way this weekend has gone for Vinales this could be the last week we talk about him being a realistic title chance.

Youd think that being a Brit, Cal would be used to the rain.

It's pretty even, however I'd still say advantage Marquez.

Marquez is naturally stronger round left hand corners. Phillip Island and Valencia are anti-clockwise circuits so they'll favour his riding style. The straights of Motegi and Sepang favour the Ducati, and the Hondas quite often struggle there.

That last overtake from Dovi was brilliant. Yes if Marquez hadn't have made a mistake he wouldn't have been close enough but Dovi still came from a long way back and I thought there was no way he was going to make the corner.

Marquez doesn't have a great record at PI but if not for crashes when he had a huge lead and the DQ he probably would've won every time he's been there. Smart money is on him but I don't know if anyone will be able to put themselves between him and Dovi.

Ducati do have the best bike on the grid now. Yamaha the worst of the top 3. Yamaha lost Lorenzos development and are now struggling, Ducati gained Lorenzos development and are now the best bike on the grid. Must be a coincidence right?

Serious question has anyone ever crashed twice in the same race more time than Crutchlow?

Marquez on the Honda has had huge cornerspeed this year as well which will be a big advantage at the island.

Realistically, 2013, disqualified, 2014, still riding with the win it or bin it mentality, 2015, god mode, 2016, back to win it or bin it due to already winning the championship.

And itís the right handers Lukey heights and Honda corner heís crashed on due to the asymmetric tyre cooling on the right
