Was great to meet ya out on the trail. I hadn't seen this post otherwise would have come said hi earlier. Cheers for the tips. And after softening the front up a fair bit more, and speeding up the rear rebound, bike is actually behaving nicely. Seems tyre pressures did make the massive difference everyone said it would

Yep was a bit of a shock to see you. Normally for sand you add comp and rebound. Hope you had a good time.

Rear was packing a bit over some of the woops, to the point is was lifting off the ground on extension. Front is just way too stiff, probably need a softer spring/proper spring weights as you suggested, will give it a chance to bed in a lil then look at making the change

Currently 75kgs, so probably closer to 80 geared up. But hoping to lose a few kegs by getting off me arse...

edit: running 100mm rear sag and around 60-65 front (no preload adjustment on front)
Racetech says 0.43 front (std is 0.44) and 5.4 rear (std is 5.3) springs, so pretty close, but I am running a bit too much rear sag, will put another turn on it (to around 96mm sag/30ish free sag) and hopefully shift a bit of weight forward.

    Cheers
