Oh come on, the series should at least keep you guessing as you'll never know which bike will blow up and spit oil down the road and take out 1/2 the field
Not sure it will help the step up as it'll probably struggle to make any more power than the 600cc CBR engine

Was that like the last social ride you attended where you couldn't catch any of the unreliable Triumphs that were there ?

I reckon some teams would be annoyed...

Having spent all that money on chassis development only to have to start from scratch again...

This ties in nicely with the expected displacement bump for the Daytona/Striple next year.

Thats the motor they will be using, they won't develop a separate motor...

Will be interesting to see how much more power they get over the CBR600 motor, which is just under 130hp...

Will the Triumph motor be as reliable?

The Hondas have done 1,000,000 kilometres combined and only 5 failures. 3 due to the fact that not using a starter motor changed the engine harmonics causing a failure...

What do you mean...get back to?
I never let myself get interrupted. Triples for ever...
The only thing wrong with a perfect ride to work is that you end up at work.

Best I can do to describe the issue is this.
Normally it goes BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR, shift, BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

But now it's a bit more like this
    BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-R-R-r-r-r-r-r-, shift

Couldn't catch? Pffttt I preferred to stay well back just in case your Trumpy's started spraying oil and parts and getting my bike even dirtier
Also didn't want you ricocheting off a kerb into me

Moto3 being a single 250cc cylinder with multiple manufacturers developing has been good.
Ktm is slapping 4 of those cylinders on a bike and going jap and italian hunting in motogp.
I'm interested to see the performance level, as the 800 motogp bikes were quick.

I wouldn't mind seeing less reliable motors actually. It was always dramatic to see a V10 F1 car billowing spoke in the final laps.

When Rossi's motor went pop last year there were five pages of posts to get through. It's just another variable that can make racing interesting.

Then you want to watch a "Run what you brung" series...

Crazy backyard builds that may produce enormous power but for how long is a roll of the dice...

Meh, just let the fans vote on which engine to blow up rather than boost (A la Formula E).

Rossi would win every race then.
