Neighbour has told me he has seen rider down on Crimea Street, laying on the road with blood everywhere. He's pretty shaken up. Heard sirens about 45 minutes ago so guessing its connected. Hope it turns out to be better than it looked.

Fark not too far from me and I heard sirens too...fingers crossed it looked worse than it was.

Saw cops redirecting traffic on the way home. Hoping for the best.

GodSpeed young Bro.
Condolences (and knowing nod) to those that assisted roadside in the aftermath. Talk it over with someone when you're ready.

Chuck Norris is 1/8th Cherokee. This has nothing to do with ancestry, the man ate a fucking Indian.
Not the outcome we wish for. RIP rider, my thoughts are with the family and friends of both riders.
No good. Thoughts to fam.

Thoughts to his family, RIP Rider,
Just riden down Crimea St northbound , Camera between Morley an Benera rd's.
Understandably. A few cops cars patrolling.
Just been along Crimea, looks like tv crew setting up. Skid mark in right lane heading north, about 3-4 metres long so my guess is rider going real slow or car cut across into/out of Westlake Rd and bike had nowhere to go. I drive along Crimea every day and its ridiculous how many cars dont actually stop when coming out of those side roads.
They had a speed camera setup there yesterday when I went past at 5:10. Wonder if that had anything to do with it.
In sterquiliniis invenitur.
Can sort of understand the cars patrolling but the point of the camera other than revenue raising is what? So they can send a speeding fine to a driver or MC rider weeks down the track
+1 I was actually heading south on McGilvray Thursday evening and had a dickhead in a ute nearly pull out in front of me as he went to come out of the shopping centre at Benara Rd, he was going that fast out of the driveway he locked it up and stopped 1/2 way into the LH lane northbound, just lucky there wasn't a car or even worse a MC heading that way
If they were doing their usual trick of obstructing vision of the road then possibly![]()

This is just shocking, three? bikes in accidents that were not their fault...one a hit and run.

Depends on your definition of hiddenMany are put in the back of 4WD's etc and then they park on verges to catch the unwary
Obviously if you know what to look out for they aren't all that hard to spot but as you know a lot of cagers drive around in a dream world not paying attention to anything else around them
X-Trails are a common one they use but on BusaSteve's ride a week or so ago there was one in a white Mitsubishi Triton ute with a canopy sitting on a bend on Mounts Bay Rd catching people
The problem is they often park on verges near intersections and obstruct the view of the road from the side street
