Bought a dual pack of 20s. Should get them tomorrow.

Couldn't really find much difference in the current offerings.

Sena have just released the 20s EVO; basically the same as the original 20s but has a sharkfin antenna rather than the dorky flip up.

Picked one up recently from Cully's; pairs seamlessly with my generic bluetooth unit (BT-S2 if anyone is curious), havent tested the distance though. pairs easily with my phone and the voice commands work really well. Great unit. Sena have a handy comparison chart on their flyers... kinda hard to track down though. this one is 2016 but has the 20s and 10s

I use the 20s (and just have got the ego). Use all the time with pillion and between bikes. Work flawlessly. Very easy to establish intercom network.
Just a point though, keep them charged all the time. (Can't recover one after leaving unused for 6 months)

Or you could wait a few months for the Sena 10c Evo. (All that the 20 s has with a camera)

One has a camera in it, one intercoms betterer.
Note: this may not be the universe where the above is relevant.

10c uses pretty outdated technology and doesnít get great sound quality, range or microphone for other users listening to you.
If you want the best possible experience then get the 20s evo (or wait for the 30K due sometime unknown) otherwise get the 20s at a better price and donít lose out on any features other than a redesigned antenna. (secondhand options are often a really good deal)
If you donít mind missing out on a few features like voice control, listening to music while talking on the intercom and having up to 8 people in a group chat at once (4 max) then get the 10s.
If you really want a stealth installation and thatís all that matters, then get the 10r or 10u if youíve got a compatible helmet.
10c isnít a great option, the audio is terrible and so is the camera, youíre better off with two dedicated options.
If you only want to talk to one person or listen to music and the budget is tight then the 5s is for you.
Finally the smh-10 the original sena, same technology as the 10c and unless that is all you can afford Iíd choose another option

Plus if you get the 10C (evo or not) if your camera goes flat... so does your intercom.

The camera (c evo) is due out Christmas time. Wouldn't touch the current model. To outdated as stated above.

    Just my two bobs worth.

My wife is starting to learn, and we needed an intercom. We needed one that could easily pair with others (instructor) and also the examiner when the time comes.

Having come back to the city only three years, we put dash cams in the cars. There are so many incidents out on the road, that only one accident to prove fault, would pay for them. When we got bikes, the same thought crossed our minds.

So, our requirements were a good intercom, plus a good helmet cam. We toyed with the idea of cheaper intercoms and a GoPro camera. We had seen others with this combo. But in the end, it was cheaper, and easier with the one unit, the 10C.

Picture quality is good for what we want, both day and reasonable night quality. The intercom has a slight delay in hearing yourself, and echoes a bit on the camera, but, but I am getting used to it.

For us, we had list of requIrements, and the 10C is filling them all. Couldn't be happier.

If a smaller unit was available at the time, then we probably would have gone that way, but in saying that, we don't find the 10C cumbersome, and is easy to install/uninstall off the helmet for charging etc.

The 10c evo looks really compact!

Looking to upgrade my Interfone F5 - and the camera is a nice addition.
