Did you see that gsxf on google maps? I've been hoping to see a google map blur of a bike on Copley dale road, you know, the one you google rode that is uphill toward the Clenton intersection? Which it's not, of course. Just a little difficult to pick if it is uphill or downhill navigating on googlemaps.

Maybe you should come out for a ride and we can do it for real. I'm back in perth on 17/11. Let's do it as I know you are unfamiliar with our roads after the Snowys and putty road and the Oxley and all that good shit better than here.

Is it groundhog day? Come on Carlton blues, let's ride. You can pm again. No probs.

Have to admit it's the first thing that came into my head.

If I was riding a 1000R Repsol & someone blew past me on 750F Suzuki I think I'd keep it to myself.

Yeah, me too - but then, you have to remember: " the guy could ride and was definitely one of the fastest guy's i have ever seen street or track"

Seems like you are getting a lot of practice up that way. How about we organise a ride? Young now old St Ives rhinocerous might be in too.

lolz. So many people also get caught up on the nanga brook road/nanga road where do th3ey start and end thing. Riminesccent of Copley Dale Road.

That Dwellingup stuff is so heavily used/publicised/policed/caged/caravanned/minetruckked/tourist'd that it's only good for a transit zone to routes further afar.

Like the Collie Motorplex. Can't wait for that new ride to be up aqnd running!

Well there's horsepower and then there's usable horsepower.
I can well remember watching a BEARS race in the rain at Ruapuna in the 80's there was this beautiful little Morbidelli 125cc which was weaving through the 1000's in turns 5, 6 & 7 (the chicane) it was poetry in motion.
Another time I led a 750 Trident and two Z1's through traffic on my 650cc Bonnie, of they blew me away eventually but I enjoyed every moment of being in front.
The only thing wrong with a perfect ride to work is that you end up at work.
