Hey guys gonna be dropping my coolant this weekend to flush the system and wondering what kinda coolant everyone uses around here?

Apparently engine ice is pretty good but not sure if anyone in Perth sells it?

    Bike is a 2006 zx6r, cheers

I just used the recommended stuff in a Busa. Wont need to do the present bike for a while but will probably do the same. I suppose engine ice is good if you have a bike that runs hot....like a lot of sports bikes do but I would check what type of coolant your bike is using currently, as some are supposedly not compatible.

I usually run a can of my favourite energy drink through my radiator to clean it out before I change the coolant. You get whiffs of it (red bull is my fav, smells sweet) at traffic lights and it gets rid of the calcium deposits

Get the 98 premium coolant not the 95, you can really feel the difference.

Old Skool air cooling is the best, if you need a radiator get a car.
The only thing wrong with a perfect ride to work is that you end up at work.

I think you'll still find Engine Ice at Rick Gill's in Osborne Park. But I'm pretty sure there's a newer go-to on the market that does the same thing - it's red instead of blue and the name escapes me. But it's by the same manufacturer and costs the same.

Check if your bike needs silicate free coolant. If you get it wrong it will eat the orings. Most Hondas need that but not sure about Kwakas...
