    Moto Guzzi V85

Just came across this Moto Guzzi concept. Looks to me like it will be a goer. Absolutely loving it. I can see me having one in my stable down the track.

I'll reserve judgement until the motor they intend to use actually arrives and hits some of the marketing claims, and hopefully they'll do something about the shaft drive setup.

Looks like the motor they have used for the concept is the V9.

Which wouldnt be bad if the package is sub 200kg and 80hp.

    But it wont be

Then you'd just buy a griso 8V. Wouldnt handle like that stupid sphagetti framed custom.

nah the griso just looks confused. It's like a jarley but with a 250cc seat, exhaust by lego bionicle, and they forgot to add the oil cooler until two days before product launch

Griso looks like uncle meat. Dont need to look at it when you sre on it. Quick steering unlike any other guzzi. 70s/80s Tonti frames need serious work once you are heading past 80hp. Bracing around steering head and front downtubes bracing across frame behind tank.

The 90s dr john spine frames handle well. The griso is a step up again.

    For waterpump tractors haha.

Apparently not the v9 exactly and about 20kw more power. Plus I think I read a 5 valve.

MCN report a new engine from top to bottom.
There are vids of the concept. It is definitely identical to the V9.

EDIT: Had a closer look. different rocker covers. Maybe it is something new. Still an air cooled small block.
We've been waiting 10 years for a performance big block and it's not going to happen.
