If there are only three in the state then i had a look at one of them last night.
They just sit in the rh side window like they showed you on the news.

The only thing i would say is how would they go if a bike was really moving past it ,i know camera's these days have shutter speeds well in excess of the four thousands of a second my slr had so the shutter speed for them should be okay but what about the link speed between the two camera's which would be determined by a computer calculating the elapsed time to the number plate would be in the frame and focused for the second picture.

There is a question for skut.

fuckin cops are pretty serious on bikers, got caught a bit over this morning. didn't try to evade stopped for them straight away. they where set up with hair dryers

still pulled out their batons screaming at me as i laughed at them, settle down boys you will have a heart attack. "we take bikes serious because so many get away from us"

    this your bike?
where did you steal it from?
    whats wrong with it?

they seemed pretty disappointed they had to let me ride off, if it wasn't for the double fine & points it would have been a hilarious morning

Went though one of these yesterday out at Brookton Hwy just before Ashendon Rd heading in-land. I went and had a chat to the guy, mostly to see if the camera was a front/rear facer, which it was.

He had only caught a couple cars all day (luckily for me) and the camera stopped working as it started overheating ~34degree's @ 11pm.

Caught me by surprise as it was a ghost town out there yesterday.

I asked a couple of questions about the add-on camera.
Do you remember last year WAPOL had some media coverage about a new camera they were fucking with that were going to target tailgaters?
This is them. It is only a ‘side effect’ they take a piccie of the rear of a motorcycle. An added bonus if you like.
They are using the ‘motorcycle’ bandwagon to blind the Sheeple to think it makes no difference to them and will continue to tailgate as normal and the State coffers will be filling quickly before word gets out.

    Electric bike for 9 months?

From experience, if you have accrued demerit points over the good behaviour election period, the next offence greater than 1 point triggers the disqualification.

    Subsequent points are accrued.

If the points exceed 12 I'm pretty sure you can't elect for a second double or nothing.

If 16-19 points accrued the suspension is 4 months plus the 6 months for the breach and if >20 the suspension is 5 months plus 6.

The moral of the story is that if you are going to lose it, lose it big time. Make those points really count.

Again, from experience, you'll get a letter in 6 months saying you've completed your good behaviour breach suspension.

The next day you'll get a letter saying notice will be served for a 3 month suspension.

I didn't get the option for another good behaviour period.

You'll then be stalked until served. Do not register for on line notices.

Keep an eye on the DOT website valid licence tool to make sure the computer is showing your licence as valid.

If the DOT computer is showing licence is not valid they can seize the bike on a routine stop.

Find a Dundee Beach pandanas for shade, grab a lazy boy, shake up a mohitos and kick back for a few months until they stop stalking your home and workplace.

There have been changes in the last 4 years so procedures may be different for you.

The basic idea stays the same.

Right so you get that letter in 6 months saying you have served your good behaviour breach suspension ,does that mean the slate is wiped clean and you have no demerit points on your license and you can start to accrue them again.

Was driving along Mirrabooka Ave in Dianella on Wednesday afternoon at about 12.45pm. Was behind a hoop and stick toy driver and saw him narrowly miss hitting a speeding lounge room that didnt stop through the intersection. I was shocked, it looked like the hoop and stick toy missed the lounge room by a foot. Very scary. Very lucky.

Since so many get caught I would suggest it isn't working and should be scrapped....along with all the cash registers...err camera's. Coppers would then have to catch you and ask you, nicely, to follow the road rules....please!...never forget your manners!!
