The track appears to take up almost all of the land (unless I've read the diagram wrong?)
It appears the company behind it have no previous motorsport links?
I've also heard conspiracy theories about how it's all a "cunning plan" to somehow increase the value of the land?

Either way, I look forward to news and hope it's for real and actually happens.
If the shoe fits...you have always been the one to defend the car club in everything they haven't done. And you were with the crowd pointing the pitchfork. You are the one who tells everyone that you got the facts, but conveniently can't bring them to the table, because of privacy issues. You are nothing but negative about any other track being proposed and that's why we can't have nude things, because of guys like you, stuck in the past.

Might as well reply to another load of nonsense before I unsubscribe...

    1. WASCC have been more proactive than anyone (with the exception of the WNOTB crew) in trying to resolve this so your first "point" is garbage.
    2. What crowd? What "pitchfork"??
    3. Yep, I'm occasionally privy to information which isn't public. No, I can't repeat it all. Tough. Did you call out others who claimed to be "In the know" about another "new track" but couldn't divulge any details???
    4. I'm not negative about this proposed track, or Collie. This proposal I have raised reservations but hope it happens. Collie I think is great but still can't see how it can be licenced to guidelines which can no longer be applied to existing tracks. I'm very happy that it's been built and will probably head down there soon.
    5. I like nude things so NFI what you're on about there...
    6. There are no "guys like me", and I certainly don't do anything to prevent anything positive happening. If you don't like me opening people's eyes when they're being fed BULLSHIT by others, guess what... TOUGH!

So how many of you have made a submission to the proposal?

That would probably be more productive than all this chest beating.

You'll find that quite a lot of the racers and quite a few of the trackday punters have...

Let’s wait and see the WASCC deliver on any of the fantasies you get as privileged information out of key members Tim.

A tiny handful. Enough to have created the situation we're now in.

Fantasies?? Like putting money aside to make realistic modifications once they're agreed on? The reason that didn't happen in January wasn't due to WASCC...

Tim pull your head out of the sand. WASCC will keep piss farting around and make an insignificant change here or there hoping everyone else will just give up and they can carry on business as usual.

Writing a number in a budget that can be changed at any time the right people see fit and then saying it is everyone else’s fault is not making a significant effort.

    Rumour no: 1 578 326 >

*The inside of the track is where the infrastructure will be built. Hence the plans going to the endge of the property boundary/s

    * The rezoning for short stay tourism approach is still in play.

    * Mr Eyebrows has been buying up / granted large tracts of land in the surrounding shire/s to be the new Southern ‘food bowl’, which might help the noise abatement issues. 🤔 ( wonder if this was a deal done between him and the State Govt. , after he voluntarily paid the 45k fine to the Spud Board and made them look like winners and not villains? )

NOTE: I have no interest in this track financially or otherwise, other than it would be great to see something built in the Southern corridor except fucking bowls clubs and shitty developments for pensioners.

I am nothing but the tributary for old women’s morning tea gossip and am just a part of the interested public, like everyone else.

PS- anyone have a ‘friend’ in Planning or WaterCorp that is able to see future ‘rumours’ of rezoning that isn’t yet on the drawing board?

I’m getting noises about my ‘burb but can’t get anything concrete ( pun intended) about it. The rep who valued our pad kept slipping on R30 and have had a few strange vehicles drive past and slow down since. Block is large but the house is definitely no palace..

Beers or currents see happily supplied to the right candidate. 💵
Sventek, being a predominantly lazy fuck can you please purchase some for me, bring me the stuff, create something I want after you think of it for me then clean my house, wash my car, dog, bike breathe for me.

Tim, a single example is when you say you're not going to reply then promptly reply...

I can live with once a month. No doubt it's going to cost a bit more for a track day but sometimes you get what you pay for.

On track is not going to be much of a fun place to be for you if you are still fighting.
Can't wait for this new track to get going, looks great
A few friends rode Tailem Bend a couple of weeks back and loved it. Very fast and technical.
Life is NOT a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming: "Wahoo!! What a ride!"
