Is this day and age of liability someone with plenty of time and money on their hands could sue PCC for negligence on this one. (think court case against Cottesloe council for injuries sustained bodysurfing at the beach and lack of warning signs)

After a bit of (potential) media attention and loss of revenue there may even be cameras set up.

Then again, someone with plenty of time and money on their hands probably isn't going to park there...

Was that a 1098/1198 red? Saw it there a few weeks ago wondering if the owner was planning to trade up with an insurance payout.

With the amount of homeless in the city. You'd think if one setup camp in the car park each day. They'd get enough in tips to hang around and keep watch.

And I suspect nobody is going to throw around legal $$$ to pursue a claim for a $5k or $10k bike

Would it be worth pushing the council to install bars in each row to lock to?

They'll simply remove the motorcycle parking altogether if someone were to successfully pull the PCC's pants down and fuck them in the courts.

    Think bikes at Wanneroo.
