FJWTK: Fuji Micro 4.4kVA Inverter Generator - Help please

Oh great wise members of PSB, I turn to you in a time of need.

I have a portable Genset to use when we go "off the grid" with the mobile apartment (Caravan).
    it looks like this:

    The Good:
The genset fires up fine. Both manually, via the key and via the remote start.
It can power any portable device from the USB and/or the 12V cigarette lighter outlet.

    The Bad:

When it fires up, if you plug in an AC appliance (kettle), the unit will supply power to it, but then with or without an appliance introducing the load, the RPM will rise and the screen shows "P: O'POWER"

No power from the AC outlet at that point.

Does anyone know of a decent, reputable Genset repair establishment in Perth WA? Or failing that, Albany? (We'll be heading east for 7 weeks via Albany and the south coast)

if not, I'll leave this anchor home on this trip (depart in 20 days)

    3 or 4 secs.

AC outlet 'trips' to overpowered status with or without anything plugged.

Not getting pissed off...but everyone seems to be missing this point

AC outlet 'trips' to overpowered status with or without anything plugged.
tried with a C-Tek car charger...only in standby and not connected to a battery etc...same thing. genset fires up, idles nicely, then rpm rise and AC output goes into "O'Power"....WITH OR WITHOUT ANYTHING PULLED INTO AC OUTLET.

lol...fair point. I'm copping an absolute earful from the caravan forum, because everyman and his geriatric dog is giving me responses, and 95% of those responses have nothing to do with the problem I have provided. Sorry...but they frustrate the shit out of me sometimes.

Someone did suggest that I should "excite the generator". Now, I can get into kinky shit....but this was a whole new level. Seems that it isn't porno related. It's sending a "reverse cycle" back thru the genny to get it to 'wake up' from it's electrickery slumber. Might try that this weekend.

    It's an inverter...

    It's fucked.

They operate like this: 3phase AC -> DC -> 240AC.

Pumping 240v back into it is only going to make it worse.

I have a suicide lead somewhere if you're really keen to hurt yourself or the gen!

After all these years you couldn’t find anything better. I knew you loved me.

My mate owns guildford garden machinery. He sells these and will gladly look after you. Craig is his name. No fuss old school mechanic who doesn’t rip people off.
