30km is a bit silly, you could be over taken by a cyclist

The question i have based on the thirty kmh rule is if i overtake a car on the freeway doing 80 kmh at 100 kmh am i breaking the law if so then i have been breaking the law for a long time.

While they could always state reckless etc., the "unsafe" clause makes it easy for the officer to assign an offence with backing by legislation (once/if enacted).
The unsafe clause has always been there on 122 as a fall back, but they can more than likely get you easily enough for overtaking on the left or riding on the line.

You do understand how glacially slow 30kph is?

    A stupid number.

It will make splitting unsafe as the cars around you may go from zero to 50 whilst you are splitting at 30 max.

Cars will be overtaking you stuck between cars. Dangerous.

Stupid shit designed by people that don't ride or the useful idiots that do.

Thats the one i couldn't understand either. I take it to be overtaking on the left of the vehicle in a single lane.

It's when you load your fit through a rollie filter to keep out the plaster, talcum powder and other shit your gear's been cut with.

Thread is stupid. We will be going Bangkok style. Whether by law or otherwise the huge future increase in moped and other small 2 wheel transport use will make it inevitable.

Watch for 20 small moto in front of cars at lights.

Side of the road instead of between traffic
Do you remember the good old days before the internet?

when arguments were only entered into by the physically or intellectually able.

So you can't filter to the front of lights if it's a single line of cars in a queue?

That's my interpretation of it as well, could be exciting if you tried it and a b double turned left in front of you.

Also Beechboro Rd onto Marshall Rd is a good one given the lack of left turn lane
